The Matyodesign Show is a story brought to the stage about how a community’s culture lives on when it is given space and attention. Six women embroiderers from Tard appear on stage in authentic Matyó attire, alongside the founder of Matyodesign, who represents the contemporary continuation of tradition in modern Matyodesign clothing. Together, they sing the folk songs of Tard, which have been passed down through generations. Behind every performance lies a genuine social mission: to support the work, dignity, and traditions of the women of Tardi.
